Captivated by Italian cuisine at a young age, Larry Calicchio excels in his dream to be a chef. After publishing two cookbooks and catering in the San Diego area, Calicchio shares his passion by teaching Everyday Italian Cooking at his store in Carlsbad. Cultured in his yearly travels to Italy, he has gained knowledgeable tools and techniques in order to enhance his culinary expertise. Based on his repertoire and history, Calicchio has generously judged Orfila Vineyards "Look Whooo's Cooking" Recipe Contest. Winners have been chosen based on submitted recipes and will be featured in the May and October recipe books.
