2005 "Bien Nacido" Chardonnay -
A rich-medium bodied, vineyard designated Chardonnay from the lush Bien Nacido
Vineyards in the Santa Maria appellation. Flavorful and balanced
with vanilla, sweet pineapple, orange zest, and a hint of buttery-oak.

Lot #45 Viognier Cuvee "Lotus" -
Our Lotus was one of America's first true Rhone style wines using the
classic three whites: Viognier, Marsanne, and Roussanne, all grown on our hillside
estate vineyards. Previous vintages have claimed 7 "Best of Class" awards, plus 17 Gold,
and 33 Silver medals. This cuvee has lovely floral aromas and flavors of citrus, peach, and
tangy kiwi fruit. It works wonderfully well with Pacific Rim cuisine.

A smooth, sweet dessert wine with hints of peaches, nectarines, and honey.

Pinot Noir Lot #25 -
A beautifully rich Pinot Noir from grapes grown on the rolling hillsides
of Edna Valley, San Luis Obispo. Flavors of strawberry, and vanilla fill the
bouquet and on the palate followed by apricot, white pepper, hints of a fresh rain,
and the Edna Valley terroir.

2003 "Coastal Cuvee" Merlot -
A rich medium-bodied Merlot with cherries on the bouquet and palate leading to
hints of oak and raspberries.

2004 Estate Syrah "Val De La Mer" -
Our Syrah is produced from grapes grown on our own hillside vineyards.
The Syrah brings forth a richness of plum, blackberry, and raspberry to the
bouquet followed by a hint of bitter-sweet cocoa with a pinch of pepper in
the taste.

WHITE WINES
Estate Viognier "Lotus" Lot 45
750ml. Viognier, Marsanne, and Rousanne are among the varieties that we have pioneered in San Diego County on our estate hillside vineyards in the San Pasqual Valley. Our winemaker, Leon Santoro, decided to blend 73% Viognier with Marsanne and Rousanne and then age the blend in French Oak to create a wine rich with vanilla, citrus and a pleasant acidity. The name Lotus was inspired by a visit to the world famous "Jardin Botanique" in Montreal, Canada. Their magnificent display of the lovely and fragrant Lotus flower was quite beautiful.

2004 Ambassador's Reserve Chardonnay
750ml. The Chardonnay is grown on the hillside of Edna Valley where cool ocean breezes of the Pacific Ocean flow. The wine was 100% malolactic and barrel fermented and then aged in French Oak to produce a full-bodied Chardonnay with rich flavors of vanilla, oak, butter with hints of clove and apple.

2005 White Riesling
750ml. The Riesling grapes are grown in the cool climate of Monterey County which leads to a beautifully-sweet, lighter wine with melon, apple and floral flavors, and a smooth citrus finish.

750ml. Our Sangiovese is produced with grapes from our own hillside vineyards. The Sangiovese has hints of raspberries, blueberries, and plum that finishes with warm vanilla and soft oak.

2004 Estate Ambassador's Reserve Merlot
750ml. The Ambassador's Merlot is a limited bottling produced from only the finest grapes from our hillside vineyards. A traditional full-bodied Merlot with a richness of cherries, violets, and raspberries balanced by gentle oak overtones.

2004 "Gold Rush" Zinfandel
750ml. Lush, rich, and intriguing! Our Zinfandel is from "Old Vines" of the Lopez Vineyards in Rancho Cucamonga. Zinfandel, which has it origins in Croatia, is known for its flavors of plums, blueberries, and raspberries with hints of cinnamon and herbal notes on the front of the taste with a wonderful finish of spice and pepper.
