  • Q: When I visit the winery, how will the staff know that I am a member?
    A: Inform the tasting room server that you are an OWL Club member and they will be able to look up your membership by your first and last name.
  • Q: How many guests can I bring to do a free tasting with me?
    A: You can bring up to two people with you to do a free wine tasting. Additional guests will be charged the normal tasting price.
  • Q: How do I contact the OWL Club?

  • Q: If I signed up to pick up my wine at the winery, how will I know when it's ready?
    A: Wines to be picked up are ready the first week of the shipping month and must be picked up within 30 days. An email will also be sent notifying members that the shipment is ready.
  • Q: What if I'm not home to sign for the package when it is delivered?
    A: Three attempts will be made to deliver the package with a slip left to notify you of the attempts. After the third attempt the package will be returned to the winery at which point you can either pick up the package from the winery or have it re-shipped to you at the price of shipping. Due to a T.T.B. regulation on the sale of alcohol, an adult signing for the package must be 21 years or older.

  • Q: How can I cancel my membership?
    A: Please notify us at least one month prior to shipment either by phone or email. A confirmation will be given orally or written. *Please note that you may cancel your membership at any time after 2 shipments, provided notice is received at least 30 days prior to shipment.
