Rosé Wine

Produced in the Saignee method, the juice was drained from the skins of our estate vineyard Syrah after minimal contact time to extract a light color and retain the bursting fresh fruit characters, then cold fermented in stainless steel. Our Rose of Syrah is a crisp, enjoyable wine, with flavors of plum, grapefruit, mango and hints of rose petals.
