I understand that my wine shipment will automatically be billed to my credit card listed above one week prior to shipment and that I may cancel my membership at any time after 2 shipments, provided notice is received at least 30 days prior to a shipment. ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE SOLD IN CALIFORNIA AND TITLE PASSES TO THE BUYER. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines into any state outside California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old, and the person to whom your wines will be delivered is at least 21 years old. Wines may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. When alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving delivery may be required to sign for and show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. We reserve the right to change or modify wine club benefits at any time. NOTE: During the summer months wine is shipped Monday-Thursday and will be subject to delay if temperatures exceed 85 degrees. Next day or second day service is available during these months for an additional charge.

May 2019 Pick Up Info
Credit cards will be charged on Monday, May 6th, for your three bottle winemaker chosen OWL Club shipment. You will be able to start picking up your three bottle Winemaker selection beginning Monday, May 6th, 2019 during normal Escondido Tasting Room hours: 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.
If you signed up for the OWL Club in Oceanside, you will be able to pick up your May OWL Club on Monday, May 6th during normal store hours as well.
You will have from Monday, May 6th through Monday, July 22nd to pick up your May OWL Club shipment. Any May OWL Club shipment that are not picked up by July 22nd will be shipped out the following Tuesday. Shipping charges will be applied to your card on file.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many guests can I bring to do a free tasting with me?
Each membership is allowed 10 tastings per month. Feel free to bring in a group up to 10 at a time if you like. Limit (1) complimentary tasting or glass, per person, per day. Additional tastings will be charged at a discounted tasting price after 10 tastings have been reached for the month.
When I visit the winery, how will the staff know that I am a member?
Inform the tasting room server that you are an OWL Club member and they will be able to look up your membership by your first and last name.
If I signed up to pick up my wine at the winery, how will I know when it's ready?
Wines to be picked up are ready the first week of the shipping month and must be picked up within that quarter. An email will also be sent notifying members that the shipment is ready.
What if I'm not home to sign for the package when it is delivered?
Three attempts will be made to deliver the package with a slip left to notify you of the attempts. After the third attempt the package will be returned to the winery at which point you can either pick up the package from the winery or have it re-shipped to you at the price of shipping. Due to a T.T.B. regulation on the sale of alcohol, an adult signing for the package must be 21 years or older.
We strongly suggest providing a business address for shipping.
How can I cancel my membership?
Please notify us at least one month prior to shipment either by phone or email. A confirmation will be given orally or written. *Please note that you may cancel your membership at any time after 2 shipments, provided notice is received at least 30 days prior to shipment.
